I HAVE DONE IT IN 2 HOUR 24 MINUTES! Not bad when you start running at 42!

CAFOD does a wonderful job in helping the poor around the world. Let us support them.  I have benefitted from their generocity when I worked in the missions in the north east of  India. So help me to return the favour.
