(update) Running for my Rock! 

Dementia is an illness that challenges every family, community and individual. Well, it's an illness that has touched, or will touch all our lives. 

When I was growing up there was a person in my family who was an inspiration, always kind, and even now with language minimal, smiles and giggles continue to be ever present. 

I am running for her and for a great cause. I hope that with the amazing individuals working in science, and the heroes who work in care, that we can overcome this in the future.
