Assalamu `alaykum,

This Ramadan my family and I will be visiting Jerusalem. As part of our trip, we will be doing some service work, which includes: 

1) Hosting one iftar in Masjid al-Aqsa alongside organizing a Food Parcel Distribution in the surrounding area;

2) Visiting hospitals to provide Eid gifts to children;

3) Supporting and funding a blind school for kids (the donations will reach them in Ramadan and help sustain them after the month as well);

4) Purchasing necessary equipment St. Augusta Victoria Hospital, which will specifically help treat patients with cancer;

Last year, Al Buruj Press was able to raise nearly half a million dollars. Whatever money we have left over from what is raised this year will be distributed to service opportunities in over 30 countries.
