Helen and I are looking to raise money for the Alzheimers society because they do great work in supporting families affected by the disease. It is probable that the disease will affect everyone's lives at some point in the future and the more we can do to provide help and support to those affected the better.

We are walking a marathon between Stonehenge and Avebury on 16 September and have been doing some light training! It'll be a challenge to complete the walk in the daylight.
