My story

I am walking the Camino de Santiago in memory of my darling wife Bernie who passed away from Breast Cancer in Late 2018 aged 54 and also in memory of our dear son Darren who died of leukaemia in December 1997 aged 11.  Bernie received excellent care and support from Charis Cancer Care during her illness and l was also offered support as well. 

Charis also offered me bereavement support after Bernie died and, as  they are totally dependent on donations l am raising  some money to help the charity to continue with their valued care and support for those that are faced with a cancer diagnosis and their families.

All donations will go directly to Charis and will be much appreciated
