On the 1st June 2017 the Ocean Tri team will be cycling to Paris over three days to raise donations for the Princess Alice Hospice.

I've gone from going out on odd ride to cycling 150km a week to train from the ride. This has been a mixture of Watt Bike sessions during the week and a 80km to 120km ride at the weekends (no matter what the weather).

It would be great if you could donate to the this great cause or simply just wish be the best of luck.
