Jessica and I are doing the Manchester to Blackpool cycle ride on July 10th 2011. To get down to the start though we are.........cycling! St Annes to Wigan on the Friday, Wigan to the Trafford Centre on Saturday and the actual ride on Sunday! 120 miles of fun and enjoyment!

Training is going well and with just a week to go before the start of the adventure, both participants are fit and well!
