I watched the Boxing Day Dip at Cromer in 2009 and thought it looked like a bit of a laugh. I said I would do it the next time I was in Norfolk over Christmas, so in 2012 I was held to that promise! 

To prevent me from chickening out, I decided to do it to raise money for Bowel Cancer UK. Dad died in October 2010 from bowel cancer, just four months after diagnosis. Thank you for for your donations, they are much appreciated
