Welcome to #BeastMark, where I invite you to have some fun by making me earn your sponsorship for my ABP Southampton Half Marathon attempt on 23 April. 

All you have to do is recommend some punishing training in the Lock Heath/Warsash area.

I will then ask you if I deserve a donation to the Saints Foundation -  a charity that harnesses the passion of Southampton Football Club to raise funds for disadvantaged young people and adults at risk. 

I'm aiming to raise £250 for the foundation.
