Story
There are some things in life that you have to try once and may be again! This is the first run that I have entered, as for training, well many have been at it for weeks, but lets just say that I am slowly improving (at least from a two hour walk...)! Over 600 people from two churches (Christ Church Clifton and Woodlands Christian Centre) in Bristol suitably clothed in bright red T-shirts have entered the Bristol 10K on May 9th!
We are raising money for important charities:
FOR THOSE IN POVERTY
World Vision works to make a serious and sustainable impact on poverty and its causes, especially as they affect children. We are committed to long-term change, which means connecting people. Whether it’s enabling people in developing communities to support each other, or linking donors to those in need through child sponsorship, or creating networks to campaign for justice, we believe that getting people connected is the best way to make a difference.
