September Sleepout

Fundraising for Riverside Community Trust
£100
raised
September sleepout, 30 September 2022
The aim of the event is to raise money for vital services provided by our main project, Care & Share, to people in addiction or recovery from drug & alcohol issues and people affected by homelessness.

Story

The main activity of our charity is a drop-in service called Care & Share. In the last year Care & Share has provided 1000+ meals to people. Also during our weekly drop-in service 500+ referrals were made to a number of different professional services who provide specific support to our client group. We may be a small organisation but we believe that by acting justly, loving mercy and walking humbly we can develop meaningful realtionships with people who are often marginalised. We offer support and opportunities for them to engage with servcies that are there to help.
