In April 2016 my Grandfather suffered a heart attack but didn't know it. After a couple of days thinking he had indigestion, he called 999 and was rushed to hospital where they found he'd left it too long and they were unable to do anything. He hung on for a week until 30th April when we all said goodbye.

I'm doing a cycle ride for BHF so that there can be more help in the future for heart conditions and help get better equipment to help the repair and recovery of hearts that have had a trauma.
