I am hearing things like this more and more, and having been here myself I totally understand how it feels!
Having a passion for motivating others and thanks to my supportive family and friends, I am in a position to help kickstart the health and fitness of other people my community.
We're in challenging times and my aim is to lift morale, change mindsets and raise as much money and awareness for MIND as I can.
So….
Do you need to do more exercise?

Then help me to help you with the Spark with Mark project:
A "buddy system" approach with one-to-one activity sessions to improve your health and wellbeing – I’ll be your exercise buddy for a walk, jog or run, whether it’s 20 minutes, 40 minutes or an hour, whatever it takes to get you started, into a new habit and a find a new you!
All I ask in return is a minimum donation of £5 per session which will all go to the wonderful charity that is MIND in Furness supporting mental health in the local area.

Our vision is to proactively improve, prevent and maintain health and wellbeing in our local area of Barrow In Furness, Millom and surrounding areas. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for people suffering from, or with the potential to suffer from mental distress. We’re constantly campaigning and work in partnership with many statutory and non-statutory organisations to increase awareness of our work. Mind in Furness offers a wide range of services which promote social inclusion, recovery and re-engagement with the community.
