Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I, along with two friends, will be cycling the length of the British Isles from North to South - John O'Groats to Lands End. The epic journey is starting on the 14th June and will end at Lands End on the afternoon of Saturday 25th June. All the money we raise will go to our chosen charities. Our expenses, bikes, clothing, accomodation & soothing balm for our nether regions will be self funded!! We will be cycling between 70 to 105 miles daily and you will be able to follow our challenge on Twitter (@Sanmarco2nd), Facebook & a blog (if I can persuade my wife Sandra to write it). In that time we will have climbed around 26,000Ft and cycled a total of just short of 1,000 miles.

I have chosen Cancer Research as one of my chosen charities as this dreadful disease has touched just about every person I have known in some way. From my Gran Richardson who was taken when I was a child to Sandras Dad Albert just a few years ago and my Godfather Ron last year. Some friends have battled will cancer and won but lots have lost that fight. I know Cancer Research will use the money raised well and continue to strive to find cures and effective treatments.
