Being fit and healthy has a big role to play in helping young people and that's why I'm taking on My Mighty Marathon challenge and completing 26 miles in 26 days this January.
Starting on 1 January, I can skip, swim, walk the dog, skateboard, unicycle - whatever I want so long as I complete my own Mighty Marathon by 26 January!
By taking part I'll be promoting a healthy lifestyle, showing how keeping fit doesn't have to be a big commitment, spending time with others and raising money for Sea Cadets, so they can keep on having a positive impact on the lives of young people all around the country.
The money raised will help Sea Cadets offer a whole world of activities to children and teenagers from all kinds of backgrounds.
From sailing or rowing to engineering and mountain biking, Sea Cadets does their bit to keep cadets active while they gain experience and qualifications along the way. Giving them a head start in life and supporting them over the finish line.
