Giving it another shot! As some of you may know my Dad lost his brave but short battle with lung cancer in December 2017. Ever since then I have pledged to complete an event each year in his memory. This has included the London Marathon, Outlaw 1/2 Ironman and Blenheim Weekend Warrior Triathlon. I have raised almost £4,000 so far and I’m hoping to take that over £6k this year. I am hoping to exorcise some demons from the heat and emotion of 2018 and improve my time. I have chosen to support this charity again to raise awareness, improve treatment and care and to fund ongoing research to find a cure for this terrible disease.
