We provide help and hope to everyone living with dementia.

Story

Here's my Mum and Dad 15 years ago in their early fifties before Alzheimer's stole away a husband and father.

Now aged 66 and in a permanent residiential home the second photo shows the effects of this terrible disease. It's taken him from being an Assistant Chief Officer in the London Fire Brigade to a man unable to walk, talk or recognise his family.

Three years ago, with your help, we raised over £1,000 after I completed the 10 Mile BUPA Great South Run, so I thought it was about time to run a little further for a great cause.

Anything you feel able to donate would be most gratefully received.

Thanks.
