My plan this year is to take part in:

Ironman Wales in Tenby in September. I am doing this for 3 charities this time. I will also be taking part in the London Triathlon.

1: Marie Curie (Penarth). 2: Bloodwise 3: Believe.

The Ironman distance consists of a 2.4-mile (3.86 km) swim, a 112-mile (180.25 km) bicycle ride and a marathon 26.22-mile (42.20 km) run
