We provide high quality person centred care to our elderly residents

Story

On top of lockdown restrictions in their personal lives, care staff in the Order of St John Care Trust homes have been working incredibly hard caring for elderly residents throughout this pandemic, including my grandmother. I am fundraising for this not-for-profit care organisation and would be very grateful for any donations you can give.

What am I doing? 68 crossfit workouts (at least 6 a week) one for each of the OSJCT care homes across the UK. In other words, large helpings of burpees, jumping lunges and other kitless exercises at a rapid pace, as seen on fitness instructor Simon Greenwood's page @thegwood08

What will your donations go towards? The benefit of care home residents. For example, recent donations have been spent on interactive tables used by residents for activities, as well as a replacement minibus for one of the homes.

Where can you donate? Donations can be made here: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/mark-lacey12

Anything you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
