We are the only charity fighting to end child abuse in the UK

Story

I have decided to spend my 60th birthday cycling from Cambodia to Vietnam in October 2020. I am raising vital funds for the NSPCC all sponsorship raised will go towards the vital services provided by the NSPCC to protect vulnerable children in Cumbria.

I will set out on 24th October and cycle 450km by 2nd November.I am training in door at the moment at The Sands leisure Center ( Better Leisure )  .I will get out on the road when the weather get better thanks a a bike being donated by Billy Blair

The NSPCC only has resources to answer 3 out of 4 contacts that children make to the childline service. A child contacts the service every 25 seconds!! These are shocking statistics and the NSPCC needs your help.

Every childhood is precious and worth fighting for. We must come together as a society to protect our most vulnerable. This is why I am doing it. Every £4 raised pays to answer a call to Childline. Every £1,600 raised pays to train a Childline Counsellor. For more information on what the NSSPCC does please visit www.nspccc.
