Hi guys

For some reason we had the crazy idea of entering the Great North Run 2011.  So we thought there was no point putting ourselves through months of blood, sweat and tears without doing some good in the process.

Therefore we are raising well deserved money for Diabetes UK. A charity that is very important to Mark so please donate generously and send words of inspiration we can call upon on our way around.
