Please embark on this empowering journey with us both, learn about the amazing support that these services do help so many. I have lived experience of what it’s like to survive life limiting illness. I have survived years of Abuse in childhood and in relationships. Mark served 25 years in the Armed Forces and has needed mental health support throughout his service and since retiring from the Armed Forces.

Everytime we feel like giving up on these challenges, every time life knocks us back, we will keep going. Some ask why? We say because as a survivor of domestic abuse, life changing circumstances or mental health you don’t get to stop fighting, you don’t get the right to say NO. But we will show you just how, when you set your mind to anything you can change lives.

What do these three Charities have in Common apart from being close to my heart. They Unite Services by Supporting Survivors through life’s adversity! Pathways you can only understand if you find yourself Surviving through!

Why Welsh Women’s Aid? because we believe in their core values, Vicky works for them, we also love how they unite Survivors and place the Survivors voice at the heart of all the work they do.

Why Woody’s Lodge? Mark works for them, he is also a veteran and knows how the support of an organisation such as Woody’s Lodge can make a difference to the lives of Veterans and Emergency Service personnel.

Why Me and Dee? Since Vicky won an International Beauty Queen Title, she established a link with Me & Dee a very inspiring charity: They support families and children facing life limiting and changing circumstances, finding the space to allow them to celebrate the precious time they have together. Vicky has suffered with brain tumours since the age of 21 and having this special space provided to these families from Me and Dee always touches my heart.

So, we ask please show your support in whatever way you can, we have set up separate donation pages for each charity and ask if you can spare a small donation to one of these amazing charities please do and help change someone's life. We are hoping to raise a total of £6000 - £2000 per charity each of the three JustGiving pages are directly linked to the individual charity and all donations will go direct to them to help continue the amazing support they provide their service users.
