Story
Can this man possibly run 26 point something miles? Surely not - but if I do succeed, it's got to be worth a few quid at least.
I'm doing the usual Mark Day thing of doing just enough training - I hope - to get by. Having had a new baby three months ago doesn't aid a rigorous training schedule. So don't ask me about times - to get round, ideally without walking, will be success enough.
I am running for a fairly un-glamorous charity, Deafness Research, but I think they're worth supporting all the more because of that. As many will know, I do have a personal connection here, having had (worsening) tinnitus for the past couple of decades, and a small degree of hearing loss more recently. While we all take our hearing for granted, starting to lose it - even just a bit - makes one properly value its importance!
