There is no good reason to support me but SSAFA are very deserving. As a former Irish Ranger and as a volunteer case worker I have seen the difference this charity makes. Here is one local example - thanks to SSAFA, families visiting seriously injured servicemen in Selly Oak hospital can now stay together in a beautifully appointed home from home where they receive support and advice.

Last year alone, SSAFA provided a reliable, caring and trusted service to more than 50,000 people. We helped to make a real difference to many lives.

They help and support those who serve in our Armed Forces and those who used to serve - even if it was only for a single day. They also care for the families of both.
