Story
Hugo and I are taking part in Santas on the Run!
We lost my dear Mother-in-law in 2017 and in her hours of need the Pilgrims gave her comfort and medical care 24/7. It's a place close to all our hearts and a cause we will always support.
Our little 8 year old son Hugo will be running again so please support us , the hospices have been hit hard this year as we haven't been able to raise money like this since 2019!
Did you know...
- £1 could pay for a patient to enjoy a mince pie and custard in the run up to Christmas
- £10 could pay for a patients Christmas dinner
- £30 could pay for 2 complimentary therapy sessions for a patient, to give them a distraction from their illness, and the opportunity to relax over the festive season.
- £45 could help a Pilgrims counsellor provide a 1-1 session with someone struggling to cope with their first Christmas without a loved one.
- £100 could allow our community nurses to continue making home visits to our patients that wish to spend their Christmas at home with family and friends.
Thank you so much for visiting my JustGiving page and donating to help Pilgrims deliver skilled and compassionate end-of-life care, free of charge, to thousands of people in east Kent every year.Your support is appreciated and so important, thank you.
