Dean and myself have decided to give up alcohol and aim to run, cycle and walk 1500 Mike in this period.

We will be doing a number of different events to help raise awareness and money for Lymphoma, which sadly took Deans uncle Mark “Salty” Watson life.

This obviously is close to Dean and his family and we are doing this to help best this awful disease.
