We Hear You is based in Frome and works across Bath, Somerset and Wiltshire, providing emotional support to patients, families, friends and carers who have been touched by cancer or any other life threatening conditions.

Previously known as PAC, I first became aware of them and their amazing work about 18 months ago, when I signed up for my first sponsored cycle, a 100 mile Lionheart sportive this time last year......I have not done a great deal of cycling since.....cycling 300 miles over 4 days now seems like a rather daft idea.

Tomorrow I will be taking part in the Lionheart again, which will mark the start of some serious training, and peddling, between now and July. I'll be regularly updating you on my training progress via Facebook.
