Story

I am taking on my biggest challenge yet and running the 2023 London Marathon to raise money for Marie Curie! There's a big old fundraising target so please do donate anything you can.

My whole family are incredibly grateful to Marie Curie for the care they gave my grandma when she was very ill and at the end of her life just over 20 years ago. When my grandad sadly passed away last year (at the grand old age of 96), one of his wishes was that our family continued to raise money for the charity that cared for the love of his life. I had always been tempted by the London Marathon, and I figured now was as good as time as any to go for it and raise money for Marie Curie - in memory of both my grandad and grandma, Len and Audrey.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
