Here we go again!

I am taking part in the Capital to Coast 60 mile cycle challenge for charity in June and your support is much appreciated. I would like to thank everyone who sponsored me last year as I raised over £1500, which was in the top 10 highest contributions for the event! 

Capital to Coast benefits numerous partner charities undertaking crucial work with children and adults - The Down's Syndrome Association, Norwood, Heart's Have a Heart and The Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

This year's event takes on a special significance for me as in addition, I will be making a significant personal donation to The International Glaucoma Association, a minimum of 10% of that which I raise for Capital to Coast through this page. So please dig deep.
