TTP Education & Research are joining with the official fundraising event of Leukaemia & Lymphoma Unit in the annual London Bridgathon to raise money for our charity.  The Bridgathon is the main fundraising event of the year, so please come along and lend your support. This is  a walk across 6 of London's bridges, a distance of just over six miles starting and ending at the Concourse of the Shell Building (between Waterloo Station and Jubilee Gardens).  Anyone can be involved and it is a great day out for family and friends. TTP (Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura) is a devastating acute life threatening disorder, which affects any age group, but usually young adults. Patients can be very sick, requiring intensive care and treatment. The charity's aims are to provide research into TTP and provide support and education for patients, their families and the medical community.
