Dear family colleagues and friends

You have always sensed my committment to Huntington's Disease.  Many of you will know that I used to work with the charity.  My experience there changed my life.  My HD journey was inspirational, painful, hopeful, funny, sad and possibly most of all exhausting!  The SHA are I believe a world class charity.  They take their committment to HD families very seriously.  They place the greatest value on listening, understanding and working with people in a unique and innovative way to really change lives.  They sense the devastation this disease causes and share the urgency to find a cure and work towards that day.  And for now they offer incredible support, how and whenever they can.  I don't know an organisation that works or cares harder.  I don't know of any group of people, families and staff alike that are more tenacious or worthy of our help.  Please dig deep!!
