I'm taking part in the Superhero run to help Build Africa, a great charity which works in rural areas of Uganda and Kenya, helping children and their families through education and work opportunities. 

I'm running 10k on 13 May alongside my team at Debtwire dressed in some pretty ill-fitting, ridiculous looking superhero outifts.

Any contribution, big or small, would be greatly appreciated. We are hoping to raise £800 as a team.
