As most of you guys know I’m taking part in the Credit Suisse run on behalf of Macmillan Cancer Support. Please dig deep guys you don't realise how much every penny helps, and how important it is for guys like Macmillan to help those going through cancer.

Having experienced family members with cancer, those that have made it through cancer and those without I can’t begin to explain how important your donations are. It’s not a pleasant thing to live with but there are people out their helping to make it a little bit easier and people like you are putting in their own efforts and helping those effected.
