So many of my friends and family have been affected by Cancer. Watching a loved one suffer and experiencing the  devastating rippling effect this has on the lives of all those around you can be so hard to come to terms with and leaves you feeling helpless. This year I am taking part in Tough Mudder and I would like to do my bit to help by raising money for Beechwood.
