We offer local care and support to those affected by life-limiting illness

Story

On 14th February 2017, we were told the devastating news that my mum had cancer and there was no treatment they could give her. The doctors told us mum could have 10 months but just 5 weeks later on Saturday 18th March she passed away and our world fell apart.
My mum didn’t like hospitals so her wish was to be at home. Joss from Forest Holme arranged a hospital bed to be delivered in just 1 day so mum could be more comfortable in the lounge. Joss offered support and advice to all of our family and assured us we were doing a great job looking after mum, that reassurance helped so much.

Our world will never be the same but to be able to help others who are given the same devastating news we were given is comforting.  Any donation makes a difference and I appreciate your support, thank you.
