I know exactly what you are thinking right now........

'Here we go again, yet another request for me to depart with some of my hard earned cash'.  I wouldn't blame you, I sometimes feel exactly the same.  With so many requests these days as more and more people take on personal challenges, it's really hard to pull in sponsorship money for struggling charities. 

So, let me tell you what I am doing to see if I can at least squeeze   £1 out of your pocket..........................

On June 30th 2013, I will be joining the Isle of Wight Fire & Rescue Service for the first part of an extremely tough challenge, '100 Miles Here (on the Isle of Wight) and 100 Miles There (there being 100 Mountains in 10 days in France)!

Obviously cycling 100 miles with a group of very fit Fire Fighters is going to be the hardest part of the challenge ;o) but I'm prepared to put myself through this in aid of WESSEX CANCER TRUST & THE FIRE SERVICE.

 

My paid entry fee has already gone towards fund-raising for these deserving charities but it would be great to be able to add a little bit more.
