As many of you will know, I am unfit and not a runner.  I want to address this and have decided to challenge myself and raise money for a worthwhile cause.

The Snowdonia Society works hard to protect Snowdonia, takes practical action to conserve habitats and raises awareness of important environmental issues.  I myself have volunteered on workdays for the Snowdonia Society and in turn have benefitted from their free educational talks and training courses.  I'd like to see this important work continue.
