Story
Margaret Llewelyn and Rob Bradgate contributed much to the School of Law at the University of Sheffield and we would like to remember them through awarding two annual student prizes. The Rob Bradgate Commercial Law prize and the Margaret Llewelyn Intellectual Property prize will be awarded by the Law School to the best performing undergraduate(s) in the relevant subject. One fund will be raised and divided equally to establish the two calendar prizes.
I was very fortunate, I was taught by both Margaret and Rob, was a colleague of theirs and also counted them as friends. Others will remember them in their own way(s) but I will always remember their sense of fun, their interest in students and passion for sharing their interest in the law.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Please do make a donation to the prizes fund. They would both have approved of helping/supporting/encouraging students in the Law School and it seems a fitting way to honour them and their contributions, not just to the Law School, but also countless law students who they helped along the way.
