Watford Mencap is the voice of learning disability in South West Hertfordshire. They are affiliated to the national Mencap charity but raise their own funds and use them to support local people with learning disabilities to reach their full potential.  

Watford Mencap believes that people with a learning disability have the right to enjoy equal opportunities and be valued as members of society, enabling them to lead the life they want for themselves.
