Why Diapers?
Lack of enough jobs that offer living wages and the rising cost of housing, exacerbated by COVID-19, has caused too many of our community members to fall far behind.
Though public benefits such as WIC or SNAP (food stamps) offer some aid to families, they do not cover many essentials such as diapers.
Neighborhood House identified a diaper service to send diapers directly to families. We have identified 200 families most in need and want to assure they will not have to worry about buying diapers for 3 months. The average cost for the delivery of a month's supply of diapers is $50, making our goal $30,000. Will you help us reach that goal?
