Hola and welcome to my 2010 begging page.

I'm running the Birmingham Half Marathon again on Sunday 24 October and am raising money for the Alzheimer's Society.

2010's training hasn't exactly gone to plan, with a close colleague describing it recently as 'shocking', however i've given it a go in the last four weeks getting 100 miles into my legs, so i'm increasing in confidence that i'll get round ok.

I'm running for Alzheimer's after my Wife's Uncle died from the illness two years ago, in his mid 60's, an age younger than my own parents. It's a horrible illness and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

So please give all you can. It will help me get round on the 24th.
