Well here we go again. The third time around. The training seems to be getting harder and now I really know what is coming I have to question my sanity.

This year I am raising money for MacMillan Cancer Care. I am sure that all of you with perhaps a very few lucky exceptions, have some experience of just how terrible cancer can be. The first time I ran for Cancer Research. This time for care. The work done by cancer care nurses is invaluable.
