I'm taking part in the BUPA 10k, raising much-needed funds for The Prostate Cancer Charity - the UK's leading voluntary organisation working with people affected by prostate cancer.

In the UK, prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men and 35,000 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer every year. One man dies every hour of prostate cancer. The Prostate Cancer Charity funds research, provides support and information, and campaigsn to improve the lives of men with prostate cancer. They provide the only UK-wide prostate cancer Helpline staffed by prostate cancer specialist nurses, and their nurses offer free and confidential information and support to anyone affected by prostate cancer. The Prostate Cancer Charity is working towards a world where lives are no longer limited by prostate cancer.
