Hello everyone, on August 10th i'm going to be taking part in the Prudential Ride London 100, starting in the Olympic Stadium and finishing on the Mall. This will be the longest i have ever ridden in one go and with the dreaded climbs of Box Hill and Leith Hill to contend with it will be far from an easy ride, but it will be an honour to compete as i will be riding on the day for the incredible children's charity NSPCC.
With only 6 weeks to go until race day i must admit that i am getting round to writing this page a little later than i had planned but maybe that isn't such a bad thing. You don't want me to pester you for donations over a period of several month, better than i condense my pestering down to just a few weeks.
Your support will help the NSPCC prevent more children needlessly. Please give what you can, your support really can change lives, even a small donation can make a big difference. eg: Just £4 will answer call to ChildLine, and £12 will help reach a child through the ground breaking ChildLine Schools Service. This new service will visit every primary school in the UK, to help children understand abuse, give them confidence to talk, and show them where they can find help if they need it.
Thanks for taking the time to read this i really appreciate the support i have had so far.
much love
Marc
