This year I will participitating in a number of Charity Cycle rides for HHHO, starting off in March with a 75 mile and May a 100 mile. These are all leading up to the big ride (#cfh2014) which will be cycling from Scotland to Birmingham all in aid of "help harry help others". This is going to be a big chalenge, so with all your support I will push on through and alot of hard training. Im confident I will complete this huge challenge and achieve my target of £500.
