As a forces family Help for Heroes is a charity close to our hearts and we wanted to give something back.  

My sister-in-law and I have therefore decided as part of our Bucket List that a trek up Itay's three famous volcanic islands, Mount Vesuvius, Mount Stomboli and Mount Etna is a must. 

Initially following some vino our thought was...how hard can it be...now in the cold light of day we are wondering what an earth we have agreed to!!

Anyway, this is nothing compared to what our forces have to endure day in day out so please give a little in appreciation of their hard work.
