Story
Very unfortunately, the Father of a colleague of mine was recently diagnosed with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP), a degenerative brain disease which affects eye movement, balance, mobility, speech and swallowing.
Although I have completed the London to Brighton bike ride three times (this year will be the fourth) for the BHF and have done a couple of fun runs for Cancer Research, I am pleased, and privileged, to have found a charity that needs awareness as much as funding.
As this is a HUGE task for me I’ve set up a blog which I’ll update often, if you’re interested in seeing what I’m going through, mentally and physically, take a look: http://monkey210576.wordpress.com/
