On Thursday 19th January 2012 thieves stole the lead from the playroom roof at Malcom Sargent House, Prestwick. Malcolm Sargent house is a holiday home for children with cancer and their famlies to come for a much needed break. The house has just been newly decorated for the families coming (including the playroom) Sadly the playroom is a danger and no-one can enter in case the ceiling falls in. The children who come to Malcolm Sargent house spend most of their time in the playroom as it is used for all sorts or activities and entertainment. It will cost at least £15,000 to repair the roof. Please, please, please help us get the playroom opened soon.
