Team LOROS take on The Way of the Roses Cycle Challenge!
On Friday 1st July a team of like-minded business people will get together to cycle The Way Of The Roses all in aid of LOROS, They will cover some 170 miles from Morecambe on the North West coast of the UK, all the way to Bridlington in the East.
The route is a challenging one, consisting of a variety of terrain including country lanes and quieter roads, whilst taking in some of the most stunning scenery the UK has to offer in the Yorkshire Dales and the North of England.
The journey can take anything from 2 days for the hardiest of cyclists, through to a full week for those with a more leisurely pace in mind. Team LOROS will attempt to do it in just three days; covering approximately 50 miles on the Friday, 70 miles on the Saturday, and a final 50 miles on Day 3.
Thank you for visiting our page and supporting LOROS to continue their work supporting terminally ill adult patients and their families across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
