Story
On the 21 of May, 2009, three years ago, I lost my auntie due to SUDEP (Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy).
Everybody that knew my auntie, knew how amazing and inspirational she was and after all the help she'd given me, I felt like giving something back.
I wanted to so something that would really challenge me. That would be difficult.
Epilepsy sufferers have a silent illness. You wouldn't know that someone is epileptic from just looking at them, so I wanted to do something that could relate to this.
A sponsored silence.
My sponsored silence will include no speaking, texting, emailing etc for three days.
Yes, I am hoping to raise money for the charity, but more importantly, I am hoping to raise awareness for a condition that is often misunderstood by people and a condition that not everyone is aware of.
So please, dig deep and sponsor. Every single penny counts. x
